HU'E

HU’E, born Kim In-hye on November 20, 2003, is a Main Vocalist and dancer of BADVILLAIN, the seven-member girl group that debuted under BPM Entertainment on June 3, 2024. Born and raised in Incheon, South Korea, HU’E arrived at BADVILLAIN with one of the most public trainee journeys of any member in the group.

Before joining BPM Entertainment, HU’E was a contestant on MBC’s competitive survival show My Teenage Girl, as well as its prequel Hesitation Before Going to School, appearing under the name In-hye. Though she was eliminated in the show’s eleventh episode, finishing in fifteenth place, she was consistently praised as one of the program’s “all-rounders” for her strong vocal, rap, and dance abilities — skills that carried directly into her role as BADVILLAIN’s main vocalist.

Known for a warm, sociable ENFJ personality, HU’E often describes herself with the hashtag “vocal colour queen,” a nod to the distinctive tone that fans and fellow members alike consider one of her strongest traits. She studies at the Dong-ah Institute of Media and Arts and is known off-stage for her calm, mature demeanor, her love of purple, and her cat, Luna.

Since debut, HU’E has promoted through BADVILLAIN’s OVERSTEP, HURRICANE, ZOOM, and THRILLER eras, contributing her vocal color to a group otherwise built around dance and rap. Her survival-show background continues to give her a built-in fanbase that followed her into BADVILLAIN, helping the rookie act stand out in a crowded 5th-generation field.
