Sungmin is a South Korean singer, actor, and one of the founding members of the legendary boy group Super Junior. Known for his sweet, high-pitched vocal tone and his skill as a dancer, Sungmin has been part of Super Junior since its debut in 2005 and has also been a key member of the sub-units Super Junior-T, Super Junior-H, and Super Junior-M.
Born Lee Sung-min on January 1, 1986, in Ilsan, Gyeonggi-do, Sungmin trained for years under SM Entertainment before debuting. Beyond his group work, he has built a career in musical theatre, acting in productions such as Grease and Sailor’s Song, and released a Korean solo EP titled Orgel in 2019.
