Juun is the main dancer and rapper of SM Entertainment’s rookie girl group Hearts2Hearts (H2H), which debuted on February 24, 2025 with the single album “The Chase.” Born Kim Ju-eun on December 3, 2008, in Ilsan, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea, and raised partly in Icheon, Juun comes from a military family and grew up with a passion for movement long before she ever dreamed of becoming an idol.

Juun’s love of dance began after she watched a childhood video of BoA performing “ID; Peace B,” an experience that inspired her to enroll in a local dance academy. She went on to study at several dance academies — including the well-known 1 Million Dance Studio — and won multiple competitions before SM Entertainment cast her through Instagram DMs after noticing videos of her dancing online. She trained with the agency for roughly 4 to 5 years, quickly becoming known internally as one of the strongest dancers among SM’s trainees, with fans and staff often comparing her skill to Red Velvet’s Seulgi.

Since debuting with Hearts2Hearts, Juun has been recognized as the group’s main dancer, delivering sharp, powerful choreography across releases like “The Chase,” “Style,” “Focus,” “Rude!,” and “Lemon Tang.” Her “Let’s All Die” dance break during a 2025 year-end stage went viral among fans for its intensity and precision. Alongside her seven groupmates — Jiwoo, Carmen, Yuha, Stella, A-na, Ian, and Ye-on — Juun has helped push Hearts2Hearts to major rookie honors, including Best New Artist at the 2025 MAMA Awards and Rookie of the Year at the 2026 Seoul Music Awards.

Off stage, Juun is known for her quiet, gentle personality, love of Studio Ghibli films, and her self-described nickname as the “Super Cutie” of Hearts2Hearts. She keeps a pet Toy Poodle named Haneul, favors purple and navy blue, and has cited BoA and Red Velvet’s Seulgi as her biggest role models. Despite her introverted image, Juun’s dedication to her craft and rapid choreography retention have made her one of the most respected performers in the group.
