Who is DK?

DK, also known by his Korean nickname Dokyeom, is the stage name of Lee Seok-min, a South Korean singer and musical actor who serves as the Main Vocalist of the 13-member self-producing boy group SEVENTEEN under Pledis Entertainment. Born on February 18, 1997 in Yongin, Gyeonggi-do, DK grew up dreaming of becoming a singer after watching a live performance by YB’s Yoon Do-hyun, and joined Pledis as a trainee in 2012.

DK debuted with SEVENTEEN on May 26, 2015 with the mini album “17 Carat,” quickly standing out for his powerful, wide-ranged voice and radiant stage presence. As a core member of SEVENTEEN’s Vocal Team, he leads the beloved sub-unit BSS (BooSeokSoon) alongside members Hoshi and Seungkwan, known for their comedic chemistry and vocal firepower.
