NaKyoung

Kim Na-kyoung, better known by her stage name NaKyoung, is a South Korean idol, singer, dancer, and rapper, and the seventh revealed member (S7) of the 24-member K-pop girl group tripleS, formed by the innovative entertainment company MODHAUS. Born Kim Jun-seo on October 13, 2002, in Ulsan, South Korea, she is the younger sister of soloist BIBI, and legally changed her name to NaKyoung during her teenage years while pursuing a career as a K-pop idol.

Before joining MODHAUS, NaKyoung trained for roughly three years at P NATION, where she trained alongside future tripleS members HaYeon and HyeRin, making her one of the longest-trained members of the group. She was officially unveiled as tripleS’s S7 on August 21-22, 2022, and made her performing debut soon after as part of the group’s very first sub-unit, Acid Angel from Asia, alongside YooYeon, HyeRin, and YuBin, with the mini album ACCESS and its lead single “Generation” on October 28, 2022.

NaKyoung went on to debut with the full tripleS line-up in the mini album ASSEMBLE on February 13, 2023, and later joined the collaborative sub-unit ACID EYES, the EVOLution unit, and the dance-driven Visionary Vision unit, showcasing her versatility as a vocalist, dancer, and rapper across tripleS’s many rotating “Dimension” concepts. She also began contributing as a songwriter, penning lyrics for the track “Midnight Flower” on the group’s first full-team studio album, ASSEMBLE24, released May 8, 2024.

On December 24, 2024, NaKyoung stepped into the spotlight with her first solo release, the single “Closer,” released under her individual fandom name Nalody, a blend of her name and her favorite Sanrio character, My Melody. Known among WAV (tripleS’s fandom) for her sharp facial expressions, cooking skills, and playful yet composed stage presence, NaKyoung continues to be one of tripleS’s most distinctive all-round performers, balancing group promotions, sub-unit activities, and her own solo artistry.
