Early Life and Child Star Beginnings

ChaeYeon was born Kim Chae-yeon on December 4, 2004, in Mia-dong, Gangbuk-gu, Seoul, South Korea. She began working in entertainment at around age four, debuting as a child actress in the film Scandal Makers and later appearing in television dramas such as The Queen’s Classroom, Ugly Alert, and Fantasy Tower. She became widely recognized as a co-host of the popular children’s variety program Talk Talk!
